2017 Walk for the Wounded Event Results!
Our Team Qyst Raised More than $12,110
for the 2017 Walk for the Wounded Veterans!

This was a FREE, FAMILY EVENT - No Donation Nor Walk Participation is Required.

2017_QYST_WALK_DONATION_WEBOperation First Response (OFR) invited people from all over the Delaware Valley to participate in Pennsylvania’s 10TH ANNUAL WALK FOR THE WOUNDED on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Rose Tree Park in Media, PA. 

The WALK will take place at the dog-friendly, Rose Tree Park in Media, PA. The WALK is 2 miles and is a family event. The purpose is to raise funds for wounded soldiers. Expect special ceremonies, food, free concert, inter-active events and fun while raising awareness for our country's heroes.

The Goal of the Day is Two-Fold:  
1) to draw attention to the plight of tens of thousands of returning soldiers who are wounded, and whose families are facing significant financial and emotional challenges as their loved one recovers 
2) to raise funds to help meet the critical needs of these families, many of whom are crisis right now – today, 
in hometowns all across the country.
  • Operation First Response (OFR) delivers more than 90 cents of every dollar raised to wounded soldiers and their families.
  • OFR is staffed by mostly volunteers; with the exception of one full-time and one part-time salary workers.
  • The 2 mile WALK will take place at Rose Tree Park in Media, PA (just minutes off I-95 and Rt. 476 (The Blue Route).
